Aluminum roller is made of high quality aluminum alloy material, and it has all kinds of modules and sizes with ribs structure and the outside diameter is from 25mm to 320mm. After computer correction processing, the dynamic balance of the aluminum roller will be small than 2g. With using of sophisticated equipment and special tools, the roll surface gloss can be 0.9 and concentrically can reach to 0.02mm. Special cheated in the shaft axle of the roller, with high precision bearings, the roller works well even at high speed.
According to different industries, the surface of the roller can also choose different treatment. Anodized HV300 treatment, Hard anodized HV700 treatment, teflon treatment, makes the roller scratch abrasion and anti-sticking.
Aluminum roller has 4 standard types.
Flat tube type aluminum roller, without shaft aluminum roller, shaft aluminum roller, through shaft type aluminum roller. The surface can treated by normally 3 standard line types. Center line, cross line and grooved type.

Aluminum alloy guide roller adopts the high quality of aluminum, and use advanced processing technology, the surface is using anodic oxidation treatment, we have two types of this product: HV300 (white) or HV700 (tawny), roll body smooth finish is 0.8, dynamic balance is G2.5; Aluminum tube generally have 8-10 reinforcement. We can make slot roller according to customers' requirement, such as: Crossover aluminum roller, horizontal center, aluminum roller, roller, and cooling roller.

A: Normally, we don't have MOQ request, except the rollers.

Q: 4. What about the lead time for production?

A: Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the type of our products. For powder clutch, powder brake, tension controller, load cell and edge position controller which is about 3-5 days. For safety chucks, air shaft and roller which need about 15-30days
